Total Coliform Bacteria Stand Alone $160.00 With Inspection $130.00
The test for coliform bacteria has been the standard test for microbiological safety for several decades. The test evaluates for coliform bacteria which are widely distributed in the environment in soil, surface water, on plants, and animals. When coliform is present, it means well water has been exposed to one or more of these sources. The presence of coliform also means the water may contain pathogens. All water systems should be free of total and fecal coliform to be considered safe. Therefore, the presence of any coliform is cause for concern and corrective action should be taken.

FHA/VA, Full Chemical Stand Alone $270.00 With Inspection $250.00

Our full chemical package is perfect for homeowners to monitor several "problem" parameters with their water supply. Not only does our package include parameters that are harmful for human consumption, but it also includes parameters that monitor if your water supply is harmful to your plumbing system and/or your permanent fixtures. This package is also designed to offer you the parameters that are required by any water treatment specialist to fix any potential problems that may exist with your water supply.

Package Includes: Total Coliform Bacteria, Heterotrophic Plate Count, Sulfate Reducing Bacteria, pH, Iron, Manganese, and Hardness.
This package is for homeowners who are experiencing odor or taste problems with their water. Many times, odor problems such as a "rotten egg" smell are caused by bacteria throughout the water system. Excess iron or measurable amounts of manganese are often responsible for a "bad" or "metallic" taste of the water. Harness, pH, and sulfate-reducing bacteria are added to this package to make treatment recommendations from water remediation specialists easy.

Full Chemical with Volatile Organics $520.00
Package Includes: All parameters listed in the Full Chemical package above as well as 21 regulated volatile organic compounds.
The full chemical plus package is for those homeowners who have reason to suspect the presence of an organic contaminant. It is recommended for those homeowners who live near any type of industrial or hazardous waste disposal area. The compounds included in the VOC scan are Benzene, Carbon Tetrachloride, 1.2-Dichlorobenzene, 1,4-Dichlorebenzene, 1, 2-Dichloroethane, 1,1-Dichloroethene, Trans-Dichloroethene, Cis-Dichloromethane, 1,2- Dichloropropane, Ethylbenzene, Methylene Chloride, Styrene, Tetrachloroethene, Toluene, 1,1,1-Trichloroethane, 1.2.2-Trichloroethane, Trichloroethane, Total Xylene, and Vinyl Chloride.
